SE IOR CLASS HISTORY The tinte was 1952. Our lreslnnztn Class was enter- ing Glendale High Sehool. We started our high school years as Z1 group of frightened. riotous children. .-Xs freshtnen we tried our utrnost to impress the upperelnssnien with our dztnees :ind parties. We took our work seriously hut hztd fun doing it. In our sophomore year we heqnn to feel that we were part of the schools itnportztnt people. We were invited to the big affairs the Victory Ball. Fall Festi- val. and sport events. Our junior yeur was prohzthly the most eventful thus fur. It hrouuht us eloser together as n Class. XYP got our elztss rings. purtieiputetl in the junior-senior class- plztyz und worked together to produce the junior prom Seniors's treasured tradition--the main entrance. It's time for seniors to be in school. Then enine September. 19551 and we were seniors. Our class has dwindled to only twenty-one students. the sninllest class at Glendale. This was the year we went on the split shift. :uid the seniors ezune to school front ten to four. 'l'he exeitetnent of heinq seniors udded to our self-inlportnnee. and we strutted ziroune the halls looking down upon the underelftssxnen. After four years of high sehool learning and expr-riexiees. we liure heeotne young men and wornen.
