cuz' 7065! cum! 7e4z'amewz' We, the Senior Class of 1954, with love and gratitude, bequeath the following items: We leave our ability to get along with the teachers to the Juniors. Also our money-making genius because they will need it. We give our dignity to the Sophomores so they will become almost as dignified as we are. To the Freshman Class we pass on our good times. We are sure you will enjoy them and make the most possible use of them. To Mr. Lester we bequeath our sincere thanks to a wonderful principal who has helped our Senior year to be a successful one. To Mrs. Bunn, our Junior and Senior Sponsor, we leave our memories and love to a nice person and the most wonderful sponsor a class can have. To Mrs. Caroll we express our many thanks to a teacher with much patience who has helped us finish our high school years. We bequeath our many thanks to Mrs. Lester, Mr. Dixon, and Mr. Silver, who have helped us along our road to success. In the interest of individuals of our class, the following items have been added to our will. I, Bobby Davis, do will and bequeath my good looks and ability to get along with Mr. Lester to Bobby Parker and Donald Johnson. I, Shirley Stancil, do will and ,bequeath my witty ways to Faye Renfrow and Joan Hare. I Lucille Boykin, do will and bequeath my ability to play basketball and ride in Cadillacs to Priscilla Boyette. I Winchester Stancil, do will and bequeath my wavy hair and good sportsmanship to Harold Parrish and Billy Wall Boyette. I, Louise Stancil, do will and bequeath my ability to write business letters and news for the paper to Emily Pope. I, Lucille Price, do will and bequeath my pretty clothes to Edith Brown and Patricia Gail Godwin I Jessie Jane Hodge, do will and bequeath my friendly ways to Mavis Cockrell and Constance Godwin. I, Gilbert Parrish, do will and bequeath my cute ways and ability to get along with people to Billy Carol Whitley. I Genevia Creech, do will and bequeath my laziness and wish for only one boy friend to Barbara Creech and Martha Stancil. I, Evelyn Gamer, do will and bequeath my bashfulness toward boys and typing ability to Evelyn Atkinson. I, Junior Edwards, do will and bequeath my sly ways and basketball ability to Clifton Stancil and Speck Pope. I, Millie Boykin, do will and bequeath my jolly disposition to Janice Davis.
