DANCES There were several dances the students at East had the pleasure to participate in, starting in October with the home- coming dance entitled The Way We Were . There were several ttsock-hops during the basketball season, usually after the games. In the spring there was another benefit marathon for the Muscular Distrophy Assoc. The year ended on a formal note with the prom on May 25. The dance was entitled ttAlways and Forever 25
