Con- stantly on the lookout for ways in which to make our life at Glen-Nor a happy one, the board has succeeded in its initial purpose. Upon arriving at school on the first day and seeing the flashing new football uniforms and the renovation of the cafe- teria, we all felt a new pride in our Alma Mater. From the unsung summer tasks of filling the faculty and plan- ning the schedule, through the midyear proh- lems of adjustment and maintenance, all the way to the final questions of recommending Seniors for college and commencement, the principnl's work is never done. Last january Mr. Rossing became ill, and Mr. Bgrmherger stepped in to uct ns supervising principal during the former's absence. The test of an executive is the grhility to select and train capable assistants to carry on and substitute, if necessary, without any sluckening of interest and activity. For the completion of the many details necessary to keep ll school running smoothly we pause to pay trihute to our principals.
