Yesterdays. A hundred of them filled with the joy and wonder that a thousand tomorrows may never bring. Soft murmurs. Warm firelight. Gentle, musical strings. The events of yesterday take their final form between the pages of a book. Such a little thing to hold the accomplishments of men. Such an important thing to hold the key to memories. 2 CONTENTS DEDICATION MEMORIAM THIS YEAR SENIORS UNDERCLASSMEN 3 MR. DELONG MR. WARNES MR. LASKEY MR.FORD MR. The Girls' Athletic Association (G.A. A.), is a new organization at Glen Lake this year. Its basic function is to promote sportsmanship and recreational activities among the girls, and provide new opportunities for the development of individuals and leader- ship activities. G.A .A . is open to any girl in the grades 9-12. Points are given to girls for participation in various sports and their activities, and to elected officials. At the end of the school year, awards are given to girls who have collected a suitable number of points. For 25 points a cup is given; for 60 points a pin is given;and for 100 points a letter is given. Ribbons are also given to girls on first-place teams in different sports divisions. The individual points for a girl are accumulative over the years she is a member of G.A .A., therefore giving her a chance to earn her letter. The first year of G.A.A. has been very successful. We hope it will continue in the future years of Glen Lake.
