Beneath the Capitol dome, a brief rest was a welcome relief. Chaperones for the entire trip were Miss Doris Brammer, Mr. Mrs. Jack Barratt, Mr. Mrs. Harold Sweeney, and Mr. Mrs. Don Goodson. FOR UNSELFISH DEED Just fabulous, said everyone in describing the dream-com e-true trip to Washington. It all came about because this group of gradu- ates unselfishly gave up all plans to visit the capitol city when class- mate, Duane Richardson became ill with cancer. They preferred to finance his operation and forget their planned senior trip. But amazed state politicians who heard of this deed, decided such generosity was worthy of acclaim. Result: a deluxe, red carpet, never to-be for- gotten tour of our nation's capitol. All aborad for a gala train trip thanks to the hos- pitality of the B O railroad company. 5
