FRESHMAN YEAR For the freshmen, 1959-1960 was a great year. The first attempt at a class project was successful, a skating party. Planning organizing, working together was an invaluable experience for future years. Freshmen participated in most of the varied school activities, in- cluding the football squad, junior varsity basketball team, girls' bas- ketball team, pep club, Latin club, debate team, journalism club, band, and the newspaper staff. The class looks forward to 1960-1961 with high hopes for even a better year.
