Ilhaef mlmud llllrfllilfli FOODS In daily life food and nutrition play a very important part. Foods girls must know what food to eat, how to prepare and serve it attractively. Besides their regular class Work before Christmas, they 'brought sugar from home and made candy. They popped corn for sale 'at the county tournament. Their last activity other than regular class work was as waitresses at the Junior-Senior Banquet. CLOTHING This year's clothing class consisted of nine girls. Because of the scar- city of material, the clothing class did not make the articles usually re- quired. Some studying was done in addition to the sewing. Recitation work included personal grooming, color study, and selection of clothing. The girls feel credit is due Mrs. Clover, who has been a patient instruc- tor. The class has learned a great deal this year which will help them the rest of their lives in making and selecting their wardrobes.
