In fhis year we were divided info lhree separafe groups in fhree differenf localifies: Broolc- lyn Park, Linfhicum, and Glen Burnie-lhose af Glen Burnie having fhe privilege of enfering a new high school. Our able insfrucfors for our Freshman year were: Mr. Offo, fhe lafe Mr. Baumgardner, Miss Van Sanf. Miss Kelbaugh, Miss Revelle, Miss Shipley, Mr. Van Melre, and Mr. Cissel. Despife fhe handicap of being divided, we became well-acguainfed wifh one anofher fhrough compefifion in afhlefic acfivifies. Thus our year was spenf-The pupils forming friendships which would aid fhem laler in high school acfivifies. As fhe year drew fo a close, we found ourselves one sfep nearer our goal. As Juniors we had much before us.
