COACHES Lane Arrington-Ralph Wilson Jack Gibbs Harold Daves, Manager Gary Martin, Assistant Manager Acclaimed as the top Class 'A'' team in the state for the second consecutive season by the Greensboro DAILY NEWS, the Green Wave romped toa second straight Skyline Conference title and Western Class ' 'A'' Championship. The Green Wave, a perennial Skyline power with a light- ning-fast secondary and a stout forward wall, continued dominance on the gridiron by battering Andrews, 21-6, for the Class ' 'A crown. Under the tutoring of head coach Ralph Wilson, who is in his 14th year at Glen Alpine, and assistant coach, Lane Arrington, the Wave have won twenty-four consecu- tive games.
