We believe that an annual should be a book depicting school life, just as it is. With this idea, we chose for our theme “The School and School Life.” If in the years to come you look through this book and remember yourself as you were, your school as it was, then our labors have not been in vain. EUILATIUN It is with gratitude and appreciation that we, the class of 1941, remember those who have by their wise planning and unselfish labors made possible the opportunities which we have enjoyed through the years of training at E. C. Glass. We know that this is the feeling, not only of the members of this class, but of all the school boys and girls of the city of Lynchburg. With pleasure we dedicate this, the 28th volume of the Crest to Mr. T. D. Christian, chairman and to Mr. C. G. Burton, Mrs. J. I. Hamaker, Mr. Thomas S. Kirkpatrick, Mr. C.
