At left: Scene typical of Glasgow High School social func- tions. Representative Glasgow School Party ALL-SCHOOL PARTY SPONSORED BY JUNIORS The junior class was host to the entire student body at a school dance and program Saturday night, March 25. The finance, decoration, cleanup and program committees were in charge of Miss Catharine Casacly, Miss Ann Foley, Howard Peters and Miss Adena Schumacher, respectively. Stu- dents from the junior home rooms served on these committees. The program, Nursery Nonsense, was introduced by Harry Farrington, Mark Etchart, Francis Hammerness and Wayne McCoy. The Boys' Glee Club made its first appearance this year. The Tin Soldiers, Bernetha Crowder, l..aVonne Hovland, Eleanor Hov- land, Mary L. Oliver and Esther Thornton, in soldier costumes, tapped two dances to open the show. Bo-Peep fMargaret Boubl gave the current favorite, Deep Purple. The Old Woman in the Shoe let four of her boys, Harold Magruder, Howard Magruder, Allan West and Claude Ulrich, show the girls how to get to the date on time. The Dutch Twins, Fay Ness and Garnet Sethne, gave a typical Dutch dance. The Toy Builders, headed by Glenna Grotjan, did some pyramid stunts. Those participating were Danette Gaasch, Doris Smith, Garnet Sethne, Eleanor Hovland, Jean Fassett, Esther Biddle, Evelyn Bailey, Dorothy Turna- cliff and Maxine Wood. The accompanists for the program were Mrs. Gordon Vallancligham, Elizabeth Ann Harrison, Patsy Campbell and Elaine Newton.
