The following correction appeared in a small town newspaper: Our paper carried the notice last week that Mr. John Smith is a defective in the police force. This was a typo- graphical error. Mr. Smith is really a detective in the police farce. Candidates for Diplomas CALVIN REDDIG-Three years in Glasgow. Band two years. Prefers math and science to English. RUSSELL ROBERTSON- Slippery. Member of six-man and eleven-man teams and G-Club. Errol Flynn is favorite star. Wants to be an engineer. Shooting marbles is hobby. WINIFRED SANDVIG- Winnie Favorite sport is dancing. Likes Richard Greene. Hobby is taking and collecting SHED- shots. BENNIE SATHER-Ben hails from Avondale. His favorite sport is basketball and his favorite movie star is Clark Gable. To become a store manager is his ambition, and he is learning the trade now in his part-time job at the West Side. MENFORD SATHER.-Ambition to own a large ranch where he can carry on his favorite sports and hobbies, riding and hunting. He belongs to the F. F. A. JANE SAWYER,- Janie, Is a member of Pep Club, publicity staff and Scotty staff. One of Stooges of a much talked of bridge club. Enjoys all sports. Works at Buttrey's part-time. ARNOLD SIEWING--Likes chemistry, hunting and hiking. Am- bition is to be chemist or farmer. BEVERLY SKAILES - Bev, Member of Scotty staff and Dra- matics Club. Ambition is journalist: hobby, swimming and traveling. ' ELLSWORTH SVINGEN- Al or Red. Comes from Frazer High School. Don Ameche is movie favorite. Wants to be an engineer. Motto: Hard work brings success. JAMES THILL-Twelve years in Glasgow schools. Letterman on basketball and football, his favorite sports. Works part-time at Peck's Standard Service. LELAND ULRICH-Lee's hobby is hunting. His favorite movie stars are Errol Flynn and Alice Faye. His ambition is to be- come a successful business man. JOHN WAGENHALS- Dutch. Played football two years, basketball one year. F. C. A. and F. F. A. officer. Favorite sport is motorcycling. JOHN WEDUM-Band, orchestra, basketball, football fsix-man and eleven-man teams, Dramatics Club and G-Club. Hobby is women, music and sports. Favors Madeleine Carroll and Ron- ald Colman of movieland. Millionaire is his ambition. OTIS WEDUM-Band, orchestra, G-Club, basketball and foot- ball, Dramatics Club member. Last year co-captain of basketball. ELMON YODER-In band five years and orchestra four years. Favorite sports are skiing and skating. Likes Hop-Along Cas- sidy. Played in several plays. Would like to accumulate millions. Ambition is to teach deaf and blind. EDWARD MCGLOCHLIN -Member of Dramatics Club, Glee Club, Scotty staff and football squad. Photography and mod- els get a lot of his attention. Likes Victor MacLaglen and Rosalind Russell. HELYN McMILLAN- Mickey. Member of band, Pep Club, Scotty Dramatics Club. Favorite sport is ice skating: stars, Spencer Tracy and Bette Davis. Cheer leader during senior year. Slogan: Never put off till tomorrow what you can put off today. Ambition, architectg hobby, studyingi?J HELEN MILL- Millsie. Is taking the part-time course and is working in the Clerk and Recorder's office. She has been in the band five years, and her favorite movie star is Richard Greene. EUGENE MILLER- Turk Basketball captain and star. Mem- ber of F. F. A. and F. C. A. Shop foreman. KENNETH MILLER-i'Spike or Ken, Member of F. F. A. and P. T. C. Working at Midwest Lumber Company. HELYN MITCHELL- Itchy, Four years band, five years orchestra. Member of Pep Club, Glee Club, Part-Time, Stooges Enjoys all sports and would like to be a stenog- rapher. Favorite stars are Dead End Kids. THERESA NASS-Member of Dramatics Club and Glee Club. Hobby is selling popcorng ambition, to travel. ELAINE NEWTON-Band and orchestra member. Royal Scots pianist. In cast of several school plays. FABIAN NYQUIST-F. F. A. reporter, Dramatics Club president and orchestra member for two years. This year selected one of twenty-six State Farmers at Bozeman High School week. EMMA OLINGER- Emm. Member of Scotty staff for three years, editor senior year. Twelve years at G. H. S. Photography is hobby. Ties for honor of being valedictorian. PEGGY ONBERG-Member of publicity and Scotty staffs, band and orchestra, French Club and Rainbow. Likes Errol Flynn. Favors swimming and hiking as sports. Hobby is collecting poetry. BERT OSEN-Football squad and G-Club member. Attended Glasgow High four years. PRISCILLA PEASE- Pussy. Member of band and orchestra, French Club, Stooges, Pep Club, publicity staff, Scotty staff and a cheer leader during her senior year. Hobby is collecting signs and pennants. Pussy wants to go to college. NADINE PETERSON- Pete. Came from Sidney four years ago. Member of Pep Club. WALTER PIDWERBECKI-Wa1t's favorite sport is softball.
