To the mass of students the word janitor means Take off your overshoes or Don't run in the halls. But behind this there lies a much more interesting background. The very beautiful scenery that the or- chestra used for A Night in Vienna, wasn't bought abroad, but our own janitor, Ben, painted it. Mr. Cornelius, the carpenter, does all the building and fixing around our school. Every good high school has its genius, and when it comes to electricity, Chuck is Hit. He knows his volts and amps like most peo- ple know their ABC's. Les, the new janitor as yet, isn't very well known, but he will take his place among the good janitors of this school. Left: L. J.
