The eleven speakers faced a capacity crowd with all the poise and self as- surance they could muster and proved this Banquet to be the best Gladstone has ever wittnessed. The two veteran speakers lent an air of confidence and tradition while the newer speakers gained the experience which would pave the way for the bigger and better ban- quets of the future.
