Spiritual uplift and cheer are brought to hungry hearts before daily duties begin, through the programs arranged and pre- sented by the students. llziny testifr to blessing received from the sweet strains of the old, familiar hymns and songs, played and sung by consecrated talent, and from the morning Bible studies by Klrs. Missionary Society which have always been profitable and inspiring. It is always a joy to hear from those who have been in the field of service. They tell of the sacrifices, sufferings, loneliness, and hardships but they also tell of the victories won-the joy of seeing the light shine into darkened hearts. On Thursday night a group of about eighteen goes to Chinatown. Off they go, singing and playing-happy faces, joyful hearts, eager to tell the wonderful story of love to the Chinese. There are over thirty graduates who have answered the call and have left all that is near and dear to them to labor for the Xlaster in all parts of the world. There are scenes never to be forgotten as they sail, one by one, to the country to which God has called them. All are doing a valiant work, God is answering prayer, and souls are being saved. Brother Richard VVilliams, who has been laboring in Nlexico and Peru, finished his work in this world and has been promoted to glory-called to be with Jesus whom he loved and served so faithfully while here on earth. XVho is going to till his place? Listen reader, Jesus is saying, Take up thy cross and follow me. He needs you, give Him your all, leave what He asks you to leave, go and do your part in the harvest. You who have been holding back, hanging on ,to the natural things, not heeding His voice, can you do less than const-crate your life to Him and be willing to go where He may send? Jesus left the Celestial Portals, His Heavenly Home. to come all the way to this earth as the first hlissionary to give His life for you. XVhy did He do it? It was love, LOVE, LOVE. Has God blessed the lvlissionary Band? In unison we say, 'iAmen. Pray that God will continue to bless every effort for the advancement of His Kingdom and the propagation of this glorious gospel in this land and in every land until He shall come. May His richest blessing rest upon the Class of 1932, and may God lead each one according to His infinite wisdom, and l-:eep them faithful. Graduation Theres music in the sound of it- There's triumph in the name! It means we've had to work a bit And always play the game. It means two years welye labored And precious yict'rys wong lt means a crossing we have scored- One race that has been run. lt brings goodbye to schoolmates, Farewell to teachers dear. lt brings a longing in our hearts, A scarce unwelcomed tear. It leaves us with a hunger That is rather hard to voice- VVe'd like a wee bit longer If we were given choice! But oh. we now see so much more To do, to learn, to claim! Our bark has not yet touched the shore VVe've yet a higher aim. And in Gods infinite plan of things YVe must haste to do our part. VVith the vision high before us. God's own purpose in our heart. Our time as Seniors now is past, VVe're still the Class of ,Sl 1 The tie that binds will bind us fast ln the fellowship of Gods own Son.
