GLACIER with the help of LT Young, GM1 Vinson, and QM2 Delaney from the Pacarea law enforcement team: rapidly formed and trained intelligence and boarding teams. GLACIER completed a SIX day combined patrol with Panamanian Costa Rican patrol boats. Coupled with 11 day transit patrol prior to Panama, GLACIER sent over 100 sighting reports and completed 4 boardings. Members of the intelligence and boarding teams are listed below.
