The play was an entertaining delight to many Glacier students as well as many of the local elementary schools. As the year progressed so did the actors and their plays. New and exciting challenges were met by the crew only to enrich their development. Other plays preformed by Drama were Our Town , The Devil and Daniel Webster and Mr. Roberts. They were also involved in a contest performance titles Last of My Solid Gold Watches . A childrens Christmas Festival was also put on by Drama with Highline, Tyee and Mt. Rainier. A start of a new fullfilling career has been started for many of Glaciers' finer students under the leadership of Mrs. Bea Pearce and the organization of Drama Club.

Collecting attendance, marking tardies and O.K'ing absences are the main jobs of the OFFICE AIDS. Throughout each period of the day you will find three or more hard working girls keeping the students records in perfect order. These girls are a great asset to the organization of Glaciers' office. Learning is only part of the curriculum at Glacier, helping is the other: The students involved in being TEACHERS AIDS assist many of Glaciers teachers in worthwhile projects. Typing, correcting papers, running errands and even counseling with the teachers are to name only a few. Our administration and faculty would like to thank all of the students involved in being Teachers Aids for their help and cooperation. THE ISEQSSIESQ ILIITTILIE HIEILPEIRS X

AND THERE WAS JMIUSHC The Glacier vocal music program consists of five groups: Concert Choir, Troubadours, Rookie Choir, Sophomore Choir and Men's Choir. Concert Choir is the elite large group, and represents Glacier in all district functions, and goes on tour when possible. Troubadours is the elite. small group who represent Glacier throughout the state. In the fall they sing with the large choir. and carol all through western Washington at Christmas. In the spring they sing popular and rock music as they travel around the Puget -Sound -area. Rookie Choir is made up of upper- classmen new to music, and some experienced upper- classmen. This group combines with Concert Choir all during the year. Sophomore Choir is composed of strictly sophomores, who performed with the combined choir this 'fall and Christmas, and by themselves this spring while traveling through the district. Men's Chorus meets before school, and is a group of men at Glacier who wish to sing and have fun, too. Camp Waskowitz was one of the high points of the year, with Dr. Rodney Eichenberger as guest conductor. The choir made a record of their Christmas performance at which they sang Magnificat by Bach. During the springthey sang at several different schools in the Highline District.
