o retirements Within the past year, the English Department has lost two of its most able members and the school, two of its vet- eran teachers. Both Miss Florence Hopkins, who retired in June 1945, and Mrs. Margaret Frank, who left in January of this year, had taught at Girls Vocational from its earliest days, and countless girls will long remember their excellent instruction and kindly influence.
