To hare Ideas That Surely Rate, WE COMMUNICATE We love to talk! And being so inclined, we take advantage of any and all opportunities. Any time, anywhere, no matter what the occasion, we communicate our thoughts, whether they be about pertinent world affairs or the latest news of our school, Serious discussions with our teachers and counselors help us to solve many of our problems and to plan beneficial programs for our future. ln our classrooms we voice our opinions and listen to the ideas of others as discussions help us to understand better the world around us. The latest fads that sweep the teen-age set receive many favorable comments and a few, not so complimentary. Some of our extra moments we spend with our friends talking over the latest hit records by our favorite singing idols. By the end ofthe week, the Friday night game and dance arouse excitement and create much chatter among those planning an evening of fun and relaxation. . . . in panel discussions. Peggy Bryant, left, Marietta Crist, Deanna Ralph, and Terri Arvay debate the qualifications of the 1960 presidential candi- dates in a senior social studies class.
