FEBRUARY .... Betty Leo, an outstanding art student, Won MARCH APRIL . . . MAY .... recognition not only in Poly, but Was considered one of the best student artists in Oregon. Her entry in a local contest was sent East in competition for an art scholarship along with four other portfolios from Oregon. . . . . Rummage sale, rummage salel l Remember that familiar cry way back in March? Mary Margaret Blakney rallied to the call and brought the largest amount of articles for the sale which was sponsored by the school's P-TA. Even with April showers, Girls Poly received a breath of summer, ably administered by Donnalee Keller. Her portrayal of a fun-loving teen-ager in the spring senior class play, Sixteen-in-August gave every- one their spring tonic of laughs. Ah, me, a brainl Delores Lee had the highest grade average of the graduating senior class throughout her four years at Girls Polytechnic. IUNE ....
