WhaT Tun iT was To have such a secreT, buT whaT Tun iT would have been To shouT To The world how lucky she wasl BuT TonighT was The nighT, when everyone would know, and she could show all her Triends her ring. The big dining-room Table was seT wiTh shining silver-soon she'd have her own-and The besT Table cIoTh. There was a huge whiTe cake as The cenTerpiece, and leading Trom iT To each pIaTe, a wide whiTe saTin ribbon wiTh a Tiny envelope aTTached. The envelopes were on The pIaTes, and The engagemenT announcemenTs were inside. The guesTs wouIdn'T be really surprised: This was April, and everyone knew ThaT Jo Ann wanTed a June wedding.
