BLANCHE FILES Blanchie I7 Sharon Street, Boston Dark-haired Blonchie plans to answer the challenge of the business world as a secretary, so next year she is goingn to be one of the girls in a business sc ool learning how to successfully carry out her position in a capable, efficient man- ner. It is going to mean work, but Blonchie will try her hardest to realize this ambition of hers. To take up the slack of her leisure hours, Blanchie goes dancing and swimming, visits the bowling alleys in the hope of making a strike, meets new people through the pages of novels, and spends her remaining time maintaining her balance in the skating rin s. Quiet-mannered Anna is going into nursing, and future years will find her as a patient, capable woman in white, conscientiously carrying out her duties. In the commercial course, she will work in an office next and eventually has hopes of becoming the boss's secretary. Friends like to look at Evie's collection of snapshots, and she often surprises them by coming up with a picture of them at the ripe old age of three. When not pasting photos into her album, she may be found bowling, dancing, or roller skat- ing at her favorite rink. She has re- ceived honors for her penmanship. MARY ANN FIDLER 6 Prospect Street, Charlestown Fid spends her summer traveling to different parts of the state, Silver ake and Wilmington bein two of them. Y. had not been motivated by visions of Broadway then, though she has had a part in a play. Henny's ambition is to dabble with the paints on canvasses, or run over the ivo- ries with speed and grace. She collects shots af movie stars, awaits the forming of ice on lake surfaces for her ice skat- ing, then, later, she uses the water for swimming. Fall finds her cheering on the pigskrn chasers, a free evening finds her ta ing in the movies, and lastly, Henny likes to take walks, which she describes as nice and long, exclamation point!
