Academic and Clerical Cross Country, Swimming, Girard News, Rifle Club, Senior Seminar Joe could usually be found enjoying a book. As a member of the swimming and cross country teams, he exhibited qualities of fair competition which were illustrated both on and off the athletic field. C„ World Affairs Council A co-editor of The Girard News, Bob was one of the outstanding students in the class.
