Regard¬ less of the tenseness of the occa¬ sion, he found time for a good joke. NEAL ELLIOTT Bedford, Pa. Goal: To see Bedford often Course: Foundry Neal is one of our all-round ath¬ letes. He shows a great deal of loyalty for “sleepy” Bedford, so don’t degrade the “metropolis” in Neal’s presence.
