As you must remember • he problems we faced— the auditorium, cafeteria, gymnasium, and cub lie address system were not comole ted. e felt that almost anything was better than trying to operate as Giles High : c h o 0 1 in the four different locations — iggl ' stor, ‘Tevoort, Pearisburg, and Pembroke. Finally that long awaited day came on Tovember 13 ? 1961 . Our faculty of 53 teachers was met by 10?-3 ag-. r students in some I4 2 classrooms to battle for better education.
