It's going to be hard work were the t STAFF words that we heard when we came to work 09 this Yeahs Milqana' Co-editors: D. Kosteliz Since that time we, the j. Potocnik nancial committee who A' Stulxa . Sports: J. Carroll must raise funds so that this book might be financially possible. They spent many long hard hours canvassing the different towns of- ten in the poorest of weather for the much needed money. With- out th ei r invaluable aid we couldn't have even begun to work on this book. N. Bordeaux The literary committee had to rack their brains for interesting topics to present and state them in a man- ner that would be appealing to the readers. Articles hadto be cut down or enlarged because of space limitations, and at the last minute, articles had to be written about some item that had been forgotten in the rush. No one will ever know or appreciate the hard work that was put into this work. One of the hardest working groups was the layout committee. Almost every night a light was seen shining in the window of the Mi Kana room and if any one looked in they saw a hardworking group of girls cutting and pasting. The layout committee has perhaps one of the most difficult jobs on the whole book. They must assemble the given material into a semblance of neatness and order. They have to leave enough pace for the literary work, rwlfmntnrrmhhs ' ' ' and art work, so that all are evenly proportioned throughout the volume. They put the entire book everything, that goes to the publisher passes through their hands. The success or a failure of the book is vested in their hands. Without the art work our book would be drab and uninterestingg th i s year we were fortunate to have a fine artist to make our annual more colorful. Do not forget the poor editors who must make sure that everyone does his job. They must suffer the abuse that c 0 m e s when something g o e s wrong. So hats off to the hardworking editors. T h e staff wants to thank each and every one who did any little part of the hard work that went into this edition. The layout committee, literary committee, finan- cial committee, a r t i s t , photography committee - e si and all who helped Our annual advisor was Mr. john O'Dougherty.
