SAC - Student Government SAC: STANDING: P. Clark, M. I-Iaubert, B. Hickman, J. Rapp, C. Balsizer, D. Dei- ninger, D. Keller, T. La- Salvia, S. Miller. SITTING: B. Clark, Sec. J. Henline, Pres. I. Kaemming, V. Pres. A. Reinbolt, Treas. Mr. Freeborn, Advisor. Inu Student Council has accomplished much this past year under the lead- ership of President Jim Heline and Vice President jack Kaemming, with the capable assistance of Faculty advisor Mr. Richard Freeborn. Upon welcoming the students to the first day of classes that bright September morning of 1969, SAC proceeded to brighten the surroundings by presenting a carnation to every teacher. 'As the year progressed SAC got into the swing of things with the elab- orate Homecoming festivities. This year Student Council established a system enabling those students who had a 3.0 average to be placed on the honor roll. In the preceding years only those who had all A's or B's made the High Honor and Honor roll. SAC helped to ease the dress code by enabling girls to wear culottes. A better selection of ice cream was made in the cafeteria by the help of the Student Council. .Bake sales and slop days were held throughout the school year to help ease the everday routine of school life. SAC had great ideas for Home- coming night, and helped to make it a success. 1 New Dimensions entertaining GHS Student body. New Dimensions singing Rain Drops Falling On My Head . 18
