GIRLS BASKETBALL The Gibson High Tigerettes ended the basketball season of ihe year with 15 games won, 9 lost, and 1 tied. he girls ntered the county tournament and started out ny beating ahat Cheer and Delta but falling before the powerful Hedrick which put them into the consolation where they gained fourth place. they lost to Thronburg's sextet by the score of 24 to 26. In the sectional tournament Gibson was defeated on Lacey's floor by Lacey by the score of 42 to 5l,. The girls who received letters were, the six senior girls of which the first team was made up of, Donna Moly- neux, Shirlee Coober, Donna McDowell, Geraldine Fox, wary Slaven, Pearl Gteinke, the two Junior girls Lora Lee 11- hite, and Mary Chandler.
