G-BAND This year the Gladiator Marching Band has climbed to its highest achievements. They received a superior rating in the Florida Bandmasters Association Marching Contest in November, and vvon first place in Pinellas Park Christmas Parade for three consecutive years. The band also participated in the Festival of States Florida Tournament of Bands and marched in many parades second semester. The Marching Gladiators will continue to exhibit the pride and spirit of GHS and especially of the band. These feats would not have materialized without the dedication and hard work of each individual. Being successful can only happen with the right leaders and Gibbs Band has three of them. Thanks go to Dan Wagstaff, Band Director, Mrs. Janet Kucerik, Color Guard sponsor, and Bill Kagel, Drill Instructor. J. F.
