THIRD GRADE Last September thirty-three girls and boys came tripping into the third grade room eager to journey over the sea of edu- cation. Every child has enjoyed the programs in which they have taken part, the parties they have had, the visits made by the parents and friends, and all the jolly times they had together. This has been a happy and profitable year: but now that the journey is almost over, it is hard to say goodbye. However, everyone will take with him many pleasant memories of the third grade at Gettysburg School. 30
