uv 5.-has In the eastern corner of Gettysburg And high upon a hill Though many a birthday it has had We see it standing there still. We see a long brick building Through shrubs and trees and swings Sweet memories to you who knew it once This little poem brings. Let us go into this building And have a look around Things within this building hold A secret of great profound. Many beloved old rooms are stlll there But the one we love most of all Where anything can happen and does Is the dear old study hall. Twelve long years have been spent here In a little world all our own We will soon be scattered here and there Into various parts unknown. And as we leave old G. H. S.
