C iciAA JfLs tor, ¥ Twelve years have elapsed since a group of scared, little, beginning students put on pairs of new shoes over toughened, sticker-punctured feet and by accident found their way to a room in school especially arranged for them. Only six of the twelve began in the same school that they are about to graduate from, but Old Man Fate saw fit to double this number and make it an even dozen and call it the Senior Class of 1951» We were exposed to 20 different teachers, covered $0 different books, and spent approximately 12,960 hours in class-room study, but strangely enough we don’t know everything. No, we are an average group, endowed with no genuises but boasting of no morons. We do sincerely believe, however, that we have grown steadily in physi- cal and mental power during these years and feel cap- able of shouldering any responsibility whether it be pushing a pencil, mastering the soil, or manning a gun in Korea. Above all we have learned the value of liv- ing a clean, full, and wholesome life and have dedicated ourselves to the betterment of mankind in any way that presents itself as an opportunity. Yes, we are now men and women and our hearts swell with pride when we realize that we have earned a very coveted award, a highschool diploma.
