Mert has been Fire Marshall, and his friendly timing of tire drills has gotten us out of several tough spots in Physics class. He's an exceptional iazz trumpeter, although he tries to lzeep it a secret most of the time. In the I947 football Campaign he was a dependable asset as the team's center, while on the basketball court he is lxnown as Ambidextrous Mert. His one great mishap in lite is his station wagon. It always seems to tall apart at the wrong time.
