HARDY Paul Paul moved to Germantown from New York and entered CLA. in the fifth grader In a short time he became acclimated, and l'.S. 47's loss was G..X.'s gain. His quiet and sincere manner soon won him a host of friends. He played on all the pound teams but due to ill health could not play football during his Senior yearg how- ever, he did assist in managing the Varsity. Always interested in basketball. Paul played on the Varsity his Senior year and was a great inspiration to the team. Another of his many interests was the golf team. A member of the Belfry Club, Math Club, Student Council, and Aradeniy Jlontllly, Paul was always willing to lend a hand when needed. He finished his CLA. career serving ably as Class Treasurer. You may be sure that l'aul's determination and will to work will carry him far along the road to great success. His ability to make others laugh by his subtle lmmor has been the basis of many a humorous class and bull session. Bob has participated on the swimming team for the past few yearsg his main interests seem to be in extra-curricular activities. He was the manager of the Glee Club and did much to assure its success. XVhile keeping his marks at a good level, he has taken part in mnnerous club activities. XVhen not chauffering people in his car, or telling jokes, Bob is seen working with such activities as the Math, Belfry. Philo- mathean. and Spanish Clubs, and the Owen Roberts Society.
