qfcbtofuf The class of ,ST entered Gering High School in the year 1954. We spent the majority of the year getting adjusted to the fact that we were really in high school. For the year we selected as our class officers: Ceralyn Feland, President, Larry Hoff, Vice President: Anne Tully. Secretary: and Jeanne Trupp, Treasurer. Midge Tjardes, Bert Miller, Carroll Wills. and Cary Fulasawa were on the student council. As sophomores we were sure we knew everything about the functions of our school. We were ably guided by Bert Miller. President, Dick Koch, Vice President, Midge Tjardes, Secretaryg and Bruce Reavis, Treasurer. Our Student Council members were David Craig, Marian Davies, Larry Hoff, and Charlie Brooks. ln our junior year we came back very energetic and started out by ordering our class rings. We then presented a class play which was Strictly Formal. We kept up the steady pace and at the end of the year we gave a very successful Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom. Our class officers for the year were Dick Koch, President, Mike Graves, Vice President, Dale Hauck, Secretary, and Karen Scarlett, Treasurer. Our student council representatives were David Craig, Kenneth Jacobs, Bert Miller, Mary Jane Davison, and Pat Cook. As high and mighty seniors, we came back this year to complete our four years of high school training. We have been busy all year electing as our class officers Bert Miller, President, Cary Hoffman, Vice President, Dale Hauck, Secretary, and David Craig, Treasurer. As student council members, we elected Dick Koch, Karen Scarlett, Carroll Wills, Kenneth Jacobs, Larry Hoff, Pat Cook, Tom Lewis, and Larry Lopez, Student Council President. We ordered our announcements and presented a play, Seventeenth Summer. We have been working getting everything ready for graduation. Now that the year is over, we will leave Cering High School with all the happiest memories a class could ever hold.
