N 24464 Steno' Zeadew 48-49 September 3, 194-8, we, 78 green and gawky freshmen registered for the first day of high school life. We started out with four bright years ahead of us by electing James Kishayama president, Betty Skinner vice-president, Ronald Pattison secretary, and Twylla Kramer as treasurer. Our sponsors were Mrs. Larson and Mr. Fitzgibbon. We celebrated April Fools' Day by having a hobo party and at the end 'of the term we took our fishing poles and went to Lake Minatare for our picnic. Miss Warner and Mr. Bush led us forward to a busy but successful year of selling concessions. planning for the Junior-Senior Breakfast and Prom. and producing the Junior Class Play, The Family Circle. This being the year every student looks forward to, we elected Ronald Pattison president, Janie Hamada vice-president, Harvey Dutton secretaryg and Jim Peterson treasurer. After the class play we celebrated with the final party of our schooldays. May 2 as the underclassmen came to school, something was missing. Yes, it was we seniors. We were Denver-r-r bound.
