«0MEE0MINE '88 ▼ w wi Mam' The Sophomores7 1988 Homecoming royalty float The 1988 Hcmecoming weekend started with the Lady Tigers defeating the Denton Trojans on Friday night. The Royalty: Freshmen Princess, Heather Buck; Sophomore Princess, Niki Curtis; Junior Princess, Tammy Motley; Queen, Wendy Motley; King, Jim Smart, was announced at halftime of the football game against Stanford. The parade began at 10:00 a.m on Saturday. The junior float, 'Look What the Cat Dragged In,' took first place; the freshmen float, 'Rolling Stones, took second place; and the eighth grade float, 'Survivor,' took third. The juniors sponsored the sloppy joe dinner after the parade. The Tiger football team was defeated by Stanford and the Lady Tigers defeated Ft. Benton. The dance was held in the old auditorium with the music provided by 94.5 D.J., Troy Melinger. The Senior Class float SURVIVOR 3rd place float constructed by the 8th grade Rolling STONES' X S ROLL OVER 14 OLV JUNIORS ftden, James and Heidi pose on the winning Junior float. 2nd place float by the Freshmen Class 30
