HAPPENINGS HOMECOMING FESTIVITIES The 1986 Homecoming was held on September 27th. The parade started the festivities followed by the junior sponsored sloppy-joe dinner. The Tiger football team took on the Stanford Wolves and were de- feated by a score of 16-48. The Tiger girls1 basketball team slipped by Valier that evening, 47-43. Ihe Homecoming dance wrapped up the big day. Mike Atchison and Colette Lewis were crcwned King and Qjeen at midnight. The rest of the Royalty included Nicole Duvall, Jaymie Chery and Tammy Motley. The theme of this year’s floats was video games and first place went to the freshmen for tneir version of Q-Bert . The juniors captured second place for Joust and third place went to the eighth grade for their Popeye float.
