ADMINISTRATION SUPERINTENDENT STAil SMITH Seniors, you have reached a very im- portant milestone in your collective lives—GRADUATION. I hope this is but a beginning in a life long quest for knowledge. This quest can occur in the classroom or in an occupation, but it should happen because as a wise philosopher once said, The man that is too old to learn was probably al- ways too old to learn. Farewells to seniors are usually boring and farewells to underclassmen are ignored. However, with this being my last shot, I am inspired to raise the mighty pen and dull the sword. There are so many things a person has to learn. Most endeavors require a cer- tain amount of ability, but needed also are loyalty, sincerity, enthusiasm, and coop- eration. If these attributes are developed, you will experience success. You will see yourselves at state athletic contests as participants. You will be in control of self and no man shall lead your life.
