You have looked at 80 pages of memories created especially for every high school student. As you look at this annual, I ask you to not criticize because you do not like a picture or caption, but commend the staff on a job well done. It takes a great deal of hard work, time, and money to put an annual of this quality together, especially for a school the size of Geraldine. It needs the support of the community through the purchase of annuals and sponsorships. I have found my year as editor very rewarding. I have had the privilege of working with a small, but excellent, staff and an exceedingly helpful advisor. Throughout the year there were usually only six staff members at a meeting at the same time, but everyone on the staff was hard-working and willing to stay for just one hour a week. Mrs. Van Voast has contributed a great deal to this annual by urging staff members to work on their pages during spare time and working on pages herself. She has been a great help and I am sure the staff and annual will not be the same without her. I thank Mrs. Van Voast, the staff, and the photographers for all their hard work and I wish the staff luck on next year's annual.
