She developed the classification system and built a foundation of audiovisual equipment and ma- terials to which all faculty members and students have access. In addition to her library duties, she has continued to teach reading classes as well as being a loyal supporter of school activities. MARGARET GOLDHAHN. 87 Patrick Buck A Message From The Editor— 1980 Safari The purpose of this yearbook, like every one before it, is to preserve the previous school year in pictures and to capture the memories of the assorted activities that occurred during the year. I sincerely hope that this yearbook will bring back an abundance of fond memories for everyone who reads it. The staff of the Safari, under the supervision of our excellent advisor, Mrs. Van Voast, has worked very diligently to produce a book that will last throughout the future years and hopefully serve its purpose every time one is opened. I would like to thank Mrs. Van Voast for all of her support and all of the hard work that she has put into this book. I would also like to express a special thank you to the staff and the photographers for without them, this book would not be possible. 1979-80 STAFF Assistant Editor.............................................................Brenda Harvey Business Manager...............................................................Shari Duvall Contributing Editors.....................................Bobbi Jo Quigley, Sherry Rowland Staff Members .............................................Ken Spencer, Brenda Williamson, Dennis Williamson, Tammy Luedeman, Janette Anderson, Rick Engellant, Angela Joyce Advisor....................................................................Paula Van Voast 88
