The Geraldine Science Club came into existence this year. The goal set by the members was to improve the City Park. Some of the members of this club were led by sponsor Mr. Lewis to the top of Square Butte. Through the efforts of Mr. Lewis and the members, the Science Club received an award for exceptional service to the nation in inspiring and guiding youth toward restoring and preserving our living environment.
