National Honor Society To become a member of the Geraldine Chapter of the National Honor Society, a student must have a grade of B” or better for a semester. One must then go through a screening process by members in the Society and a faculty group to determine whether they fulfill the other requirements—Character, Leadership, and Service, Associate members are also elected. They are sopho- mores who demonstrate the same potential of regular members, but they have no vote. This year Jim Woodbum, Karen Harrer, Janet Myers, and Jack Owen were elected.
