CLASS PROPHEC The Class of 1962 met at the home of the former Kelly Walker in the heart of Geraldine for their 1982 class reunion. Lois Corley was the first to arrive. She is now a famous psychologist and is studying the behavior of horses. She has had several run in the Kentucky Derby but her psychology with them hasn't worked very well. Lois has eight children whom she uses for jockies. She was followed by Dorothy Spevacek who met her destiny quite early in the acrobatic profession and is now traveling in a wheel chair. She still carries out a part of her career, however. She is the one and only tightrope walker who can ride a wheelchair while she performs. Next to arrive was Nancy Nichols, Nancy is now the head dietitian of the Antarctica General Hospital. By prescribing to others what they should eat, she isn't the only one with a weight problem. She sees to it that other people have one too. A few minutes later Nancy Tadej made her entrance. Nancy is a confirmed man- hater, living in a lighthouse off the coast of Nova Scotia. She spends her time writing novels and is becoming quite wealthy. The rest of the class arrived at one time when their chartered jet landed at the Geraldine Airport. Carol Bruer is a dental assistant. She had a slight accident before she came to the reunion. One of her patients bit her hand as she was extracting his tooth. Tom Fields is still a bachelor, working as a forest ranger in a. foreign country. He is seriously considering swapping his airplane for an Arab's harem. Alida Little is a secretary and is still sitting on the boss’s lap. Things are different now, the boss is her husband. We find Judy Rudin an old maid music teacher. She has recently decided to be- come an inventor. She wants a man bad. Linwood King owns one of the largest bakeries in the Northwest. His bakery specializes in zweiback bread and bagles. He is married to an attractive girl and is the father of three children.

Kelly’s nursing career was short and sweet. The first day she worked in the hospital, she eloped with one of the patients. Floyd Danbrook has been very successful in his career as a construction worker. He spends his time driving up the Canadian hills with his bulldozer. He gave up trying to make his first million and is starting on the second. Kathy Hicks is the typical picture of an old maid school teacher. Her thoughts are centered around Spanish and not men. She looks as if she were one hundred because her students are beginning to get her down. Our sponsor, Mr. Harlow, was unable to attend because he was attending the wedding of his daughter. The seniors receiving their diplomas. The valedictory address given by Kathy Hicks. The eighth grade. Grade eight graduates.
