Senior Class History Eleven green Freshmen entered the doors of Geraldine High School September 6, 1955. September 21, we were initiated with our party being held September 23. We gave our return party October 22. Our officers for the year were as follows: President.................................LENNIE DUVALL Vice President------------------------------- WESLEY STOOS Secretary-Treasurer - — - — - -- -- - — - SARA R1ES Student Council Representative - - - — DORIS WISHMAN Sponsor................................................MISS SANDER Sara Ries and Doris Wishman were elected cheerleaders from our class. On September 7, 1956, eleven ambitious Sophomores entered the doors of G.H.S. to try their second year in high school. The Freshman initiation was the week of Septem- ber 14-19, and the Initiation Party was held the night of September 19. The return party was given October 19, 1958. MUSS During the year we saw a decrease of two classmates, Selma Hayworth and John Reid, bringing our class total to nine members. September 3, 1957, ten lively Juniors entered G.H.S. with Jim Applegate joining our class and leaving us the first semester. During the year our activities consisted of sponsoring the Orange and Black Day dance, our class play, The Midnight Visitor, ” our prom, Evening In Paris” and the Junior-Senior Banquet. LALLUM School opened on September 2, 1958, with nine studious Seniors entering the hails of G.H.S. The Junior Class honored us with the Prom the 25th of April. The An- nual Junior-Senior Banquet was held in the cafeteria on April 29. We left on our Senior trip May 7 and returned May 10. Baccalaureate was May 24 and Graduation exercises were held on May 25.
