In return for our party the Freshmen gave us a party December 14, furnishing a dance, orchestra, and refreshments. Having enjoyed our Sophomore year we are now looking forward to our next year in high school.

We elected the following officers: President ...................Chic Luhr Reporters................P. Bryant, B. Peters Vice President ........Wiley Juedeman Representative .............Joyce Henderson Secretary and Treasurer ....Lou Bronson Sponsor .....................Mrs. Minimum Our first highlight was the Junior Play “The More the Merrier”, presented December 3. Secondly came our Prom April 21, 1950. Music was by the Royal Bards. The scene was decorated in the Seniors’ colors, blue and white. Last but not least came the Junior-Senior Banquet on May 10. The Junior mothers put on this big feed and it was very good. This ended our Junior year in G. H. S. and with happy hearts we are looking forward to our last and best year in high school.

Everyone dressed as some Funny Paper character and a party was given for the Freshmen that night. The Freshmen return party was December 14. The town Orchestra played for it and refreshments were served. October 22 was Carnival time. The Freshmen held the Hopple and Penny games. The Second Semester came and Rhoene Juedeman left us for Galen, Mont. We were all sorry she had to leave.
