BOTTOM ROW: Alice Tanner, Jeanie Ludlke, joyce Henderson, Mary Lou Bronson, Marcia Tanner This year when Girl's Basketball season opened fourteen girls came out for practice. Only five veterans came back. With hard practice and smooth guidance coach Nelson soon had a team shaping up. Donna Nelson was chosen manager. The first game was played with I-lighwood and the Tigeresses were defeated. High point girl for the year was Sally Bronson with Delores Fairbanks coming second. There was a different captain for each game and Martha Bell was elected honorary captain for the year. All the girls pictured receive letters.
