We are sorry to hear that your health is failing, and we hope this letter will bring your spirits back to the point they were when you used to chase us up and down the halls of G, H. S. Glenn And6l'S0n, known nationally as the perfect bachelor, has long since retired on his fabulous earnings from his farms. He came from the Hawaiian Islands in his private space ship, The Big Swede, to attend the' class reunion. The former Martha Bell, Mrs. Schuffletoski, wife of the re-known hog raiser, Larry Schuffletoski, had just returned from the Solar Bowl foot- ball game in which their pig-skin's were used. She said that Mars took the championship from Pluto, 99 to 10. Marilyn Boettcher took time out from her duties as owner of a New York hair-dresser's salon, to attend our class re-union and let the ladies in on a few of the latest hair tip's from Paris, She recently attracted Nation- Wide attention with her modified version of the up-sweep, known as the Boettcher twister, There should be no question as to whether or not you know what Benjy Craig is now doing. Everyone knows him as the only President of the United States to have been elected six times, fthe last five by unanimous votel. I-le recently pushed through Congress the Prohibition act against strong opposi- tion from former classmate, Bradley Clark, who is now President of the CIA fConformists with Intoxicating Alcoholsl. He drove his little black Ford to the reunion. The only difference in it is that it has a jato rocket engine now, john Entorf, well known designer of men's oversize shoes, came from Madison Square Garden in his space ship, The Ship That Feet Built, soon after he took the inter-planetary wrestling championship from a man from Venus. At this time, everyone took time out and had a lunch pill and a coffee pellet. Delores Fairbanks, Miss Solar System of 1999, came to the reunion a- board her special Quin-rocket convertible. She is famous for the Fairbanks Reducer, a machine which kicks, bites, scratches, pushes, rolls, and really takes your weight down. She showed the class a few movies of her trip to and from the beauty contest. 13 Clara Ludeman has received a great deal of recognition as leading di- erician of the inter-planetary hospital. She says she enjoys her work very mach. Clara owns a resranrani on Fifth Avenue thai has been known to all as having the most carefully planned and balanced menu. Robert Carivright, noir a seven star General and chief advisor to the Secreiary of Tiar, obtained a furlough from Neptune where he has been chief-of-staff oi all Army maneuvers on that 913-Ref. He told us he plan- ned ro retire soon and go back ro the quiet life he knew as a student of G. E-E. S. Te heard irom Norris Owen and his Wife last month. He was on jupiter and beading borne in one of his self designed space ships. Norris has had a very acrlye career. After completing College he was appoim- efi C. S. H. S.--eagerly anticipating great things of their first year of high school. A few weeks later came initiation, and we learned the first great lesson of our high school career--don't do unto others and they won't do unto you. Cn this memorable occasion we were found wand ering about the halls clad in various costurnes, including: A baby, jack-Be- Nimble, Little Bo Peep, Old King Cole and others. ln spite of our days an- guish we were treated to an Initiation party that night. Here we were asked to perform diificult feats to show off our non-existing talents. Ctlzer activi- ties of the year included the annual uwmtewasmg of the 'G' and our Fresh 'PH man return party honoring the Sophomores. Cur class was composed of .Le following members: Norris Cwen - President john Entert Benjy Craig - Vice-President Glenn Anderson Delores Fairbanks - Secretary and Charles Fairbanks Treasurer Marina Paradis Daniel Stienbacher Marilyn Boettcher Elmer Liartha Bell Francisco Marteniz Our sponsor was Rachell Copp. The second year of our high school career was a somewhat uneventful one. Still remembering the ache in our posterior, we took np-on ourselves the duty of properly initiating the Freslnmen. With the help of paddle and paint, they proved themselves worthy of 2-.eir title. Cur class was small- er now due to the loss of john Entorf, Charles Fairbanks, Norris Owen, and Daniel Stienbacher. Betty Ludeman was transferred from Fort Benton and joined our class. Among our activities this year were field trips to the canyon and the Shonkin mountains. With the closing of the term we were loohlng fore- ward to becoming upperclassmen. Our sponsor was Mrs. Bartlett and our class officers were: Benjy Craig - President Marina Paradis - Vice-President Delores Fairbanks - Secretary and Treasurer We as juniors, found ourselves the executors of many tasks. Cnr play, which was appropriately entitled Let Me Cut Cf Here . Was presented on December 12. At curtain tirne we were faced with a full house and a bad case of stage fright. Our annual junior-Senior Prom took place on April lO. The theme, Winter Wonderland , was carried out to the extent. Snow covered pine trees were scattered about and hitching rails separated the spectators from the dancers. A log house served as punch stand. 15 P, l.. -.' 4-. N, .v Y: . -,, r v I . The menu consisted of Chicken and all the trimmings. The girls were all proudly dis- playing large rose corsages and the boys flashed carnation buttonaires. This event climaxed our activities of the year, The total of class mem- bers now stood at 10. Class officers were elected as follows: Benjy Craig - President Glenn Anderson - Vice-President Secretary and Treasurer - Martha Bell Our sponsor was Mr, Vail. Entering the doors of G. H, S. for our last year in high school, we were faced with numerous responsibilities and problems. The first of these was our Senior play, a comedy entitled A Pair of Country Kids. Nearly all of the Seniors were active in sports during their high school days, most of them receiving letters in one or more sports. With the coming of spring, we began preparations for those last events before the closing of school. Among these events were the Prom and the junior-Senior Banquet. The Prom was held on April 23 and was tradition- ally decorated by the juniors in honor of the graduating class. Being Seniors, we could fully appreciate the tirne and effort put forth to make this prom a success. The long-awaited day finally arrived on April 25. Donning white caps and gowns we stepped into line to receive our diplomas. Regrets were for- gotten for one moment as we remembered our class motto-- Reach our goal, and keep climbing. 16 W UNDERGRADS 1-IQ CLASSES Who is as fresh as any breeses, Und only as tall as der Senior's kneeses Und pays up all der dues an feeses?
