The Committee investi- gates the case and determines whether the student is guilty or not as charged. If, in the opinion of the Committee, the student should be disciplined, it remands the stuilent to the Kxecutive Committee of the faculty. This is the function of the Committee as outlined by its constitution. Xovember of each year .Mrs. Taylor counts twenty-tour hundred ballots of (ieorgia Tech students who have voted in the annual class officer election. This year outstanding campus leaders were chosen to head the various classes: lloward I ' .ctor.
